Sudan GGM 500t/d CIL Plant

In August 2016, Jinpeng Group completed a 500t/d CIL plant in northern Sudan, 700 km from Khartoum on the Nile River, under an EPCM contract. The process included: Tailings → Waste separation → Grinding → Cyanidation → Carbon adsorption → Desorption & electrolysis → Smelting → Tailing filtrationThe processing flow included: Tailings from dump leaching → Waste separation → Grinding and classification → All-sliming cyanidation → Carbon slurry adsorption → Desorption and electrolysis → Smelting (gold ingot) → Tailing filtration

Ecuador 300t/d Gold Flotation Plant

We supported this 300t/d gold project, backed by Chinese investors in Ecuador, with a complete solution—from mineral testing and mine design to equipment manufacturing and installation. The plant uses a gravity separation and flotation process, a typical method for gold recovery. Our high recovery rate earned strong approval from the client.

Turkey 500t/d CIL Plant

We delivered this 500t/d gold project in Turkey as a full EPC package. Our services included engineering consultation, mineral processing tests, plant design, equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and personnel training. The project uses the classic gold cyanidation CIP process.

Bolivia 3000t/d Tin Project

Entrusted by the client, we carried out mineral processing tests, engineering design, partial equipment supply, installation, and commissioning. Based on our lab and design institute research, the project adopted a flotation + gravity process. It received high praise from the Bolivian President, who personally attended the opening ceremony and started the equipment operation on site.

Germany 100t/d Gold Mine Project

We executed this 100t/d gold project in Germany under an EPC contract, covering mineral processing tests, engineering design, equipment manufacturing, installation, and commissioning. Flotation was selected as the final process method, and the plant is now in successful operation.

Laos 500t/d Gold Concentrate Dewatering Project

Located in Bolikhamsai, home to Laos’ largest gold mine, this project uses gravity separation and flotation, with a design capacity of 40,000 t/d and current production at 20,000 t/d. The original natural sedimentation system proved insufficient due to the high concentrate volume and limited space. We provided a complete set of concentrate dewatering equipment and offered full technical support on-site.
