Spiral Sluice

The spiral sluice, also known as a spiral chute, is a gravity concentrator used to separate minerals based on differences in specific gravity. It operates under the influence of gravity, centrifugal force, and fluid resistance. Suitable for separating both metallic and non-metallic minerals, it effectively processes materials with particle sizes between 0.3 and 0.02 mm.

Applicable Materials:
Iron, tin, tungsten, tantalum, niobium, gold, coal, monazite, rutile, zircon, and more.

Specifications:

  • Production Capacity: 0.15 – 16 TPH
