Jig Plant

The jig plant is a gravity-based separation device that sorts minerals by differences in specific gravity. It handles both fine and coarse materials, with a maximum feed size of 6–8 mm, and up to 12 mm for some alluvial ores. The saw-tooth wave jig consists of a main frame, driving set, and jigging chamber.

Scope of Application:
Metal ores such as tungsten, gold placer, and similar minerals.
