Submerged Spiral Classifier

The spiral classifier is widely used in closed-circuit metal processing flows for pre-grading and inspection grading. It classifies ore particles based on sedimentation rate differences between minerals and mud within the 1.5–0.03 mm range. The spiral at the overflow end is fully submerged, and an automatic lifting device at the discharge point eliminates the need for a scoop head on the ball mill, ensuring more stable operation.

Scope of Application:
Ore classification with overflow sizes between 0.15–0.07 mm.
